We started in mining logistics, where our team’s diverse skills and expertise enabled us to deliver high-quality solutions. As we grew, we expanded into new industries, applying our knowledge and experience to drive business optimisation.

Wafi Golpu mine logistics
(2015 – 2017)

Great project team from Australia and detailed focus on logistic solutions. Initial analysis showed significant flaws with
mine design. Complete re-design of mining footprint assisted in making the mine operationally sound.

Amandelbult Full System review
(2022)

Large project team who conducted
on-site instope Time In Motion studies. 6 Months of detailed analysis of workforce, movements, standard times etc. Project assisted mine with a detailed operational plan.

Netcare Reception Study
(2024)

Conducted a Business Process Analysis on receptions of 5 pilot hospitals to ascertain the current performance and risks within the reception area and operations. Gained valuable insight into Netcare operations and assisted in developing optimised system for receptions as well as optimised patient journeys. The outcomes of the study will improve all patient experience at Netcare hospitals.

Favourite projects you’ve worked on, and what made them stand out?

Hospital work- studies

Stood out due to its 12- hour shifts alongside receptionists, including some night shifts, which has honed my perseverance. An improvement in my own soft skills was catalysed by observing receptionists calmly interact with distraught patients.

Sheepskin slipper factory

This production planning project emphasised the importance of quickly shifting between different viewpoints, as well as identifying which one(s) are better suited to the problem at hand.

Project manager for a youth orchestra

In addition to managing project finances and resources, this project has significantly honed my teamwork- and negotiation skills.

Favourite projects you’ve worked on, and what made them stand out?

Mining

Implementing underground tablet technologies for production and supervisors. This was an unknown field, and we shared learnings together to make it successful.

Manufacturing & Logistics

Managing a cycle of design, manufacture, transportation, and installation of various food processing equipment. Planning and stakeholder engagement were my key focuses.

Healthcare

This project stood out due to the exposure and engagement with different types of departments and how they work within the healthcare industry. I worked with diverse teams to analyse their processes and workplace requirements.

Favorite projects you’ve worked on, and what made them stand out?

As industrial designer doing BPA for Anglo American Rustenburg Base Metals Refinery. Conducting studies on personnel and vehicles movements and analyse current traffic flow systems to ensure overall staff safety. The project impacts all employees at RBMR (about 1 000 staff).
As construction manager constructing new buildings and rooms for clients. Realising client dreams into reality is great.
